Short bio.

I serve as a Lecturer (Assistant Prof.) at the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering of the University of Western Australia (UWA) since July 2017. Previously, I have also served as a Research Fellow at the same department for two years and as the Lead Research Fellow at the Australian National University (ANU) for one year.

I completed my PhD in Computer Vision and Machine Intelligence from UWA in 2017. Before that, I completed my Master in Autonomous Systems from Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg (HBRS), Germany in 2012, where I also served as a Wissenschaftlisher Mitarbeiter for one semester.

- Adversarial Machine Learning

- 3D Point Cloud Analysis 

- Human Action and Activity Analysis

- Dictionary Learning and Sparse Coding

My research is regularly published in prestigious Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Remote Sensing venues, including IEEE CVPR , ECCV, IEEE TPAMI, IJCV, IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TGRS, and PR.

I have also served as a reviewer for over 15 different reputed journals and conferences, including IEEE TPAMI, IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TIP, IEEE TGRS, IEEE TCSVT, IEEE Access, IEEE GRSL, Pattern Recognition, IVC, Remote Sensing, IEEE CVPR and ICCV. I am also serving as an AE for IEEE Access.
